Greg Bosl - Percussion Caption Head
Greg has been involved in marching music for 40+ years. Starting out marching with the Thunderbolt Kadets for two years before being promoted to march with the Pioneer Drum and Bugle Corps until the age of 21 provided him with on the field knowledge of marching percussion. Greg also marched with the Cedarburg High School Marching Band throughout his high school years. Greg served as section leader for the Pioneers for 3 seasons, and was a member of the Jr. Staff until aging out. Managing and teaching the Pioneer II and teaching the Pioneer Drum and Bugle Corps after age out started his interest in bettering today’s youth. After moving to Greenfield with his wife and son and his son’s attendance in the Greenfield School District, this passion was reborn through conversations with the high school band director concerning the direction the marching band program was headed. The movement away from the traditional marching band to the more drum corps style of marching band. The direction change in the drum line from the “old” to the “drum corps” style has been a steady climb upwards during his tenure as percussion caption head under the direction and guidance of the Director of Bands Mr. Evan Marlowe. Greg is in his 7th year working with the program and hopes to continue this relationship with bettering today’s youth and continue to drive the marching band onto bigger and better things in the future.

Emma Frohna - Visual and Music
Emma is so excited to be back with the Greenfield High School Marching Band. She is a class of 2015 GHS graduate. During her high school band career, she enjoyed marching her freshman and sophomore year and was the drum major her junior and senior year. She was the 2015 recipient of the Patrick S. Gilmore award for outstanding contributions to the band. Although she did not decide to pursue music beyond high school, she is still very passionate about music and enjoys supporting the band at pep bands, concerts, and competitions. Emma is currently a junior at Alverno College studying nursing and works as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Luke's Hospital. Emma is looking forward to another successful season with the Hustlin' Hawk Marching Band! #AlwaysImprove
