Jazz Ensemble

The Jazz Ensemble at Greenfield High School consists of traditional jazz instruments and performs a wide variety of literature ranging from swing and ballads to funk and Latin music.  This ensemble performs in the WSMA Solo & Ensemble festival,the Spring Jazz Concert in April, and any other performances that may arise throughout the school year and summer.  Students will study both traditional and contemporary jazz styles in addition to the beginning techniques of jazz improvisation.
